What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept regular account payments through PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
TEMPLATES
Will the products be downloadable once I pay for them?
No, at this time, we are still emailing digital files out. When the option comes available for download, we will be sure to let you know!
How soon will I receive my files?
Files are emailed to the email address you order from within 48 hours of payment. If you'd like them emailed to a different address, be sure to include it in your PayPal transaction.
Can I resell the templates?
In a word - no. The only type of reselling allowed is by photographers to their clients. You may NOT resell to other individuals. All of this is outlined in the terms which can be found HERE.
I own my own greeting card company and would like to purchase your templates to resell. Am I able to do that?
I have worked with (and sold to) several greeting card template companies before, and really enjoyed working with them. However, there is a different set fee for my templates which includes the reseller's license. Contact me for more information.
CUSTOM DESIGN
I want a logo! What do I need to do?
Great! I'd love to have you. I oftentimes have a waiting list, so if that may be an issue, contact me first for a timeframe. From there, come to the Emporium and purchase the logo design through here. Once I receive payment, I will direct you to the logo questionnaire. Just submit it when you have time!
I need my logo FAST, can you help?
Yes, we offer a rush fee on Logo Design on a first-come, first-served basis. Please email us to see if the rush is an available option at the time you'd like to order.
I ordered the business card design and would like 500 cards on 80# cover stock....
Well, unfortunately I do not do the printing so you will have to let your printer know that info! I only offer custom design - no printing. But I am happy to refer you to a couple of great resources.
